Return & Refund Policy (B2B Wholesale Only)

This policy applies to bulk wholesale orders, sample orders and custom printed umbrella orders on our B2B site.

1. Order Type Definition

① Stock Ready Goods: Standard umbrellas in existing stock.

② Custom Orders: Umbrellas with water transfer printing, custom patterns, custom logo, custom color. Once production starts, custom orders CANNOT be cancelled, returned or refunded without our written agreement.

③ Sample Order: Small quantity samples for quality checking.

2. Inspection Period

Buyer must inspect goods within 7 working days after receiving the shipment.

Any quality issue must be reported with clear photos/videos within this period. Claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.

3. Acceptable Return & Refund Cases

We only accept claims for manufacturing defects: broken frame, failed stitching, faulty structure.

– If defect rate is within agreed tolerance: No return/refund. We will negotiate compensation.

– If defect rate exceeds agreed tolerance: Options: re-production, partial refund, or return of defective goods.

All return goods must be returned to our designated warehouse, buyer pays return freight unless the defect is fully our factory responsibility.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situation

✅ Custom printed / water transfer print orders after production started, no cancellation or return.

✅ Goods damaged by buyer’s wrong storage, improper use, transportation after our delivery.

✅ Minor color difference: Fabric printing has normal slight color deviation between batches, this is not a quality defect.

✅ Order rejected simply because buyer changes mind.

✅ Shipping delay caused by logistics, customs clearance, force majeure.

5. Samples

Sample cost is non-refundable. If you place bulk order later, we can discuss deduct sample cost from bulk order (negotiable).

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by war, pandemic, customs policy, natural disaster and other events beyond our control.
